Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Primary Care

Salary: $183,066–$228,227 + bonus

• Active CA NP or PA license (or eligible)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Minimum 2 years of primary care or urgent care experience
• Strong panel management and care coordination skills
• Ability to work across multiple clinic locations

Full-time, outpatient primary care opportunity delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative, physician-led environment with strong specialty support and continuity-focused practice.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established outpatient primary care team. This role offers a balanced structure of approximately 50% direct patient care and 50% in-basket and panel management, allowing for meaningful continuity and relationship-building with patients. Providers manage their own panel while supporting team-based care, with an average of 10–12 patients per half day.

The position operates Monday through Friday with minimal call (1 in 9 weekends) and includes flexibility across nearby clinic locations. Ideal candidates are collaborative, adaptable, and committed to serving diverse patient populations.
