Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Primary Care

Salary: $183,066–$228,227 + bonus

• Active CA NP or PA license (or eligible)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Minimum 2 years of primary care or urgent care experience
• Strong panel management and care coordination skills
• Ability to work across multiple clinic locations

Full‑time, outpatient primary care opportunity delivering patient‑centered care in a collaborative, physician‑led environment with strong specialty support and continuity‑focused practice.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well‑established outpatient primary care team. This role offers a balanced structure of approximately 50% direct patient care and 50% in‑basket and panel management, allowing for meaningful continuity and relationship‑building with patients. Providers manage their own panel while supporting team‑based care, with an average of 10–12 patients per half day.

The position operates Monday through Friday with minimal call (1 in 9 weekends) and includes flexibility across nearby clinic locations. Ideal candidates are collaborative, adaptable, and committed to serving diverse patient populations.
