Registered Nurse In The Neuro Icu
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Neuro ICU, where you'll provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Neuro ICU
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records
- Float to ED, Step Down Unit, or Central Monitoring Department as needed
- Active CA Registered Nurse license
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in Neuro ICU
- Epic EMR experience
- TNCC certification
- Experience floating to ED or Step Down Units
