Job Overview

Responsibilities- Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm, energy, and comprehensive knowledge of the OTF concept.
- Present the OTF concept to prospective members and conduct studio tours.
- Operate the front desk, answering phones and interacting with members.
- Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orange theory workout.
- Sell memberships to support studio growth and success.
- Follow up with prospective clients after initial contact.
- Address and resolve members’ concerns professionally and objectively.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all studio areas.
