Restorative Pathways (RP), operating as Ruby's Place's Restorative Pathways program, is seeking a Youth Advocate to support residents of the Hayward area. This in-person, full-time role focuses on trauma-informed care, safety planning, and compassionate resident support within a shelter setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience with immigrant/Latinx communities, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks while collaborating with a team.
