Location: South London/ Kent - near Woldingham

Salary: £55,000 + comprehensive benefits package

Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the catering and hospitality operation at a prestigious site in South London. This is a high-profile appointment within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, encompassing a busy staff restaurant, premium hospitality, events, and weekend service.

This opportunity will suit a commercially astute, operationally focused leader who enjoys being the face of the contract and setting standards through example rather than from behind a desk.

• Full operational responsibility for a busy hospitality and catering operation, including weekends

• Oversight of a busy staff restaurant alongside high-profile hospitality and events

• Delivery of exceptional food and service standards across all areas

• Leadership, development and performance management of a large on-site team

• Close collaboration with senior stakeholders and clients

• Weekend openings supported by enhanced overtime rates

• Proven Business & Industry (B&I) catering experience is essential

• Demonstrable experience delivering hospitality and events

• A confident, hands-on leader with strong people management skills

• Commercially aware with a focus on quality, consistency and service excellence

• Ability to drive preferred due to site location

• £55,000 base salary
