Essential Duties And Responsibilities (other Duties May Be Assigned)- Assists the Facility staff as required.
- Assists in updating and maintaining inventory of Facilities office supplies.
- Assists the Facilities department with the follow through on action items.
- Assists Director of Facilities with any details or work that needs to be completed.
- Performs clerical duties such as typing, filing and proofreading.
- Coordinate departmental management of (3) three departments.
- Coordinate multiple department operations.
- Dispatch information to departments.
- Visually attend Electronic Control System (ECS) monitor.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assists Facilities Director, and Lead Facilities Coordinator, in budget monitoring, and Purchase Order processing.
- Works with the Facilities Manager, to monitor, and implement, the Preventative Maintenance program.
- Works closely with the Facilities Director, and the Facilities Manager, on work order processing and tracking.

Qualifications RequiredEducation and/or Experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to Multi task in a fast pace office, shop, environment.
- 1-year experience working with Microsoft Outlook.
- Good oral, and written communication skills.
- Must know EXEL, & WORD.
- Must communicate in English, bilingual a plus.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Experience working with outside vendors.
- Experience working with departmental budgets, and tracking expenses.
- Experiences working with CMMS systems a plus.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will elevate when located in the casino environment.
Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
