Operations Manager coordinates office processes, maintains workflow efficiency, and contributes to overall team success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operational tasks and scheduling.
  • Support data tracking and performance reporting.
  • Assist in customer outreach and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the agent to implement operational plans.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
  • Experience in office or business operations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in a sales environment with a proven track record of achieving goals.
  • Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
