To be a Guest Service ambassador for the casino, performing accurate monetary and financial transactions, as assigned.

• Exchange cash for various casino instruments, exchange casino instruments for cash, and perform cash-for-cash transactions.
• Train and work in all Casino Cage banks and windows, including the chip bank, employee bank, cash machines bank and vault bank.
• Pay slot and table game jackpots.
• Issue casino credit markers and take payment on outstanding casino credit debt.
• Perform credit card advance and electronic check transactions.
• Comply with all Federal Anti‑Money Laundering requirements and regulations.
• Provide excellent service to casino guests and team members.
• Assume supervisory responsibilities as required.
• Maintain access to sensitive areas and information per the ACGC Access Matrix.
• Signatory ability for all cage‑related forms.

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 1 year related experience and/or training in high volume cash operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency using a Ten Key Adding Machine.
• Professional demeanor and clear communication skills with the public.
• English language proficiency.
• Ability to work in an intense, fast‑paced environment requiring a high degree of concentration.
• GAMING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

Stand, walk up to 1 mile, climb stairs, and stand at a desk/work station throughout the shift. Work in a smoke‑filled environment, often with moderate to elevated noise levels. Handle goods weighing a minimum of 50 lbs intermittently. Use office equipment, including computer keyboard, calculator, and multi‑line telephone.
