You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and engage in custodial duties, trash management, and light maintenance across residential and commercial properties. Working Saturdays to Wednesdays from 5:00 AM to 1:30 AM, you will support landscaping, repairs, and safety while maintaining clear, courteous communication with staff and residents.
