Job Duties

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers, and perform marketing materials distribution.
• Deliver company products within a designated delivery area, navigating adverse terrain and multiple buildings.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
• Take and process orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator allowed).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eye and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors, commercial dust, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on the telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks, depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress.
• Meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

• Standing, walking short distances and durations; most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Unloading bulk product deliveries with a hand truck, up to 60 pounds.
• Carrying large cans (~3 lb), pizzas, sides, and beverages.
• Pushing or pulling trays on dollies (approximately 7.5 lb).
• Climbing stairs or ladder occasionally to change signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
• Stooping/bending up to 45 seconds at a time; crouching/squatting occasionally.
• Reaching up to 72 in. or higher, and down for scooping and washing tasks.
• Frequent hand‑tasks requiring eye‑hand coordination, forearm and wrist strength.
• Driving company vehicle within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and 5+ flights of stairs, while navigating varying weather conditions.

• Valid driver license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle used for delivery.
• Navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
