Job Overview
This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The position focuses on accurate and efficient cash transaction processing while building relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively to drive the client experience.
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage cash responsibilities and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Strong commitment to acting in the best interest of clients.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging all clients.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.

- Ability and willingness to work weekends, extended hours, and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Comfortable educating clients on simple banking transactions using self‑service technologies (ATM, online, mobile).
- Adherence to established processes and guidelines, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- Over one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- At least six months of cash handling experience.
- Degree or Associate’s in business management, business administration, or finance.

Minimum:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in business‑relevant fields such as business management, business administration, or finance.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
Pay & BenefitsPay range: $25.00 – $27.88 per hour, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
