Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

This full‑time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor role is based in Catonsville, MD, with hybrid work options allowing for some tasks to be performed remotely. Responsibilities include providing counseling services to individuals, families, or groups, conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. The role also involves collaborating with other professionals to support client progress and ensuring appropriate case management to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Strong skills in Counseling, Family Therapy, and case planning
• Knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology principles
• Proficiency in Case Management and maintaining detailed client records
• Relevant licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with hybrid work environments is a plus
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
