Community College of Baltimore County seeks a professional to provide administrative support through the design and management of Enterprise Service Management systems college-wide. This on-site position operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with a total of 19.5 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and 3 years of experience in IT Service Management, managing platforms like Service Now or Team Dynamix. ITIL or Project Management certifications are desirable.
