National Certification through the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf and a minimum of three years' experience working as a professional sign language interpreter.
These positions are located on the Catonsville and Essex campuses
* Serve as designated interpreter to full-time deaf faculty.
* Interpret at annual college events.
* Interpret for college courses taught by deaf faculty.
* Interpret for deaf faculty at committee meetings.
* Interpret for deaf faculty at ad-hoc meetings.
* Keep track of all hours and schedule.
* Team effectively with an agency interpreter when needed.
