Floor Technician Evening Shift

Join our team at Erickson Senior Living as a Housekeeping Utility Worker. Responsibilities include cleaning building areas, floors, and surfaces, setting up rooms for events, and removing trash. No travel required. The role supports maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Evening Shift – 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Commence at $16–$20 an hour, commensurate with experience.

• Maintain cleanliness of the community through operation of specialized equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste.
• Use work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setups.
• Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects/packages.
• Remove trash, including refuse and recycling.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing; maintain carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.

• Preferred experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques.
• Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment, and other necessary equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
