LPN; Pediatric

Trusted Hearts nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families.

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with 1 year pediatric experience to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available).

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, adolescents, and adults primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.

• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.

• Active LPN license
• BLS certification
• Provide care in a client home setting
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
