Director of Nursing
Location:
Catonsville, MD (Baltimore Suburb!)
Salary: $110,000-$125,000
Schedule:
M-F, 8am-5pm, plus on call once every 4 weeks

Team size: multiple direct reports - CNA, CMA, LPN, RN and supervision of ADON and Unit Managers
Skill set:- MD RN License
- 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
