Assist members by locating items and processing their orders;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items;
Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns;
Maintain facility safety by following safety standards and guidelines and reporting unsafe situations to management;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers and business partners to meet member needs and goals.
