Chesapeake Protective Services is accepting applications for On-Call Security Officers, both Armed and Unarmed. This position is best suited for individuals seeking supplemental income, looking to work at least 1 day a week or more.
All Candidates Must Have:- Active Maryland Guard Card.
- Cell phone with a good data plan to use the Security App while on duty.
- Familiarity with smartphones and apps.
- Maryland driver’s license for more than two years and a clean driving record for the last 7 years.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, with excellent grammar skills.
- A copy of your driving record for our auto insurance provider.
- Maryland Wear & Carry permit.
- Service weapon registered with Maryland in your name.
- Duty belt and level 2 holster or higher.
Please do not come to our office if you do not have an active Maryland Guard Card. Save yourself a trip and call us to inquire about how to obtain or renew your Guard Card with the Maryland State Police.
