Delivery Specialist for Furniture

We are seeking a trustworthy and experienced individual to join us as a Furniture Delivery Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to transport furniture safely and efficiently to our clients, ensuring a smooth delivery experience. You will work alongside other team members to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.

• Transport furniture goods to customer locations accurately and on schedule
• Carefully load and unload items from delivery trucks
• Check furniture for any damages before and after delivery
• Assemble furniture on-site when required
• Offer outstanding customer support throughout the delivery and setup process
• Keep the delivery vehicle tidy, organized, and in good condition
• Fill out all delivery and installation documentation accurately and on time

• Completion of high school or equivalent education
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Previous experience in furniture delivery or similar roles is a plus
• Capable of lifting heavy furniture (up to 100 lbs) with assistance
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
