Multi-Skilled Direct Delivery Operative

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will work primarily alone, managing your daily schedule of tasks that include minor building repairs, minor plumbing, general unskilled labour, and PAT testing. Tasks will be allocated with clear deadlines, and you are expected to deliver to the highest standard, ensuring safety and quality at all times.

The role involves commercial and domestic work in single living accommodation. You will interact with clients regularly, providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional communication. You will receive a work van and a fuel card for business use.

Previous experience as a handyperson or in a semi-skilled role is sufficient. You must hold a full UK driving licence and obtain BPSS clearance. You should be reliable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditions, following instructions and using hand tools safely.
