You will coordinate referrals, respond to inquiries, and schedule visits, while building provider relationships and ensuring data entry in the EMR system.
Responsibilities include coordinating with Admissions, communicating with providers, maintaining referral/admission documentation, and upholding HIPAA confidentiality.
