Sales & Marketing Coordinator – B2B Publishing

A national B2B multimedia publishing company is looking for a sharp, organized, detail-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the Publisher of four industry-leading trade publications. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love blending creativity with precision, this role will put you at the center of digital media, content marketing, and high-level client engagement.

• Prep and “frontload” sales pitch calls with tailored marketing and advertising options
• Pull compelling stats from reader surveys to strengthen pitches
• Create polished follow-up proposals using established templates
• Proofread all communications to perfection
• Identify, schedule, and prepare sales calls with inbound prospects
• Join Teams pitch calls and provide clear, actionable debrief notes
• Schedule follow-up meetings and keep conversations moving
• Prepare and track sponsorship and advertising agreements
• Manage the company’s online presence: website, social media, email campaigns
• Track and report campaign performance

This role is designed to grow into a high-level sales and marketing position for the right person.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with Salesforce, Word Press, Constant Contact, Teams, and Zoom
• Media sales, marketing, or project management experience is a plus
