HIRING IMMEDIATELY:
Sunstates Security is currently hiring for Flex Security Officers to work in the Cave Creek, AZ area. This position covers 1st and 2nd shifts across the area and offers full‑time hours with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour (paid weekly) and a gas allowance for travel.

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
• Strong judgment and decision‑making ability
• Dependable transportation
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Current guard card
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards

Security Officers perform a variety of duties as outlined in Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Officers are expected to become highly knowledgeable of site-specific protocols and respond quickly and effectively in all situations.

The Flex Officer position is critical to our operational success. You will provide coverage for open shifts due to call‑offs, vacations, illness, or other staffing needs, ensuring uninterrupted service for our clients while supporting overall team stability.

• You will be trained across multiple sites and/or facilities based on operational needs.
• Assignments may last several weeks but are not permanent placements.
• Schedules will vary (shifts, days, and hours) depending on business needs.
• Some shifts will be scheduled in advance, while others may be offered on short notice.
• You are expected to work all scheduled shifts within your stated availability.
• If unavailable during a timeframe within your availability, you must notify your supervisor in advance.

For short‑notice call‑ins, Flex Officers are expected to accept at least 80% of offered shifts. Declining more than 20% may impact employment status.

High School diploma or equivalent.
