Payroll Coordinator

Medical Facilities of America are seeking a driven customer service professional to join our growing team as a Payroll Coordinator in our Roanoke, VA office.

This role is an entry-level position and is ideal for someone eager to learn, comfortable with numbers, and ready to grow their skills in a supportive team environment. Training is provided.

accomplished on a routine basis as outlines in the following responsibilities:

• Prepare and review timekeeping data for payroll processing

• Submit facility funding and enter new 401(k) deferrals each pay cycle

• Verify that all garnishments and tax levies are accurately entered for processing;

• distribute garnishment payments following payroll completion

• Generate and review all required reports across applicable systems

• Audit payroll prior to preview release for approval, ensuring all supporting

• documentation is complete and accurate upon submission

• High school diploma or equivalent

• strong organizational and analytical skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Abilit to work independently with limited supervision
