Job Description

Childcare Network is seeking a Lead Teacher to lead classrooms, guide young learners while prioritizing their safety and well‑being. • At least 18 years old, able to pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of employment. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience in a licensed center are a plus.
• Exhibit genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
