How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:
- The Person al Trainer trains members on an individual, fee-for-service basis.
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body.
- The Person al Trainer Provides individual, fee-for-service training sessions under the supervision of the director.
- Conducts initial client assessments and designs personalized exercise programs based on individual needs and goals.
- Instructs clients on safe and effective training techniques in accordance with established guidelines.
- Leads group clinics and educational sessions for members as assigned.
- Communicates effectively with clients during one-on-one training sessions to support engagement and progress.
- Motivates clients to achieve fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Responds to member and prospective client inquiries regarding personal training services.
- Maintains accurate records of client sessions, progress, and training plans.
- Monitors equipment condition and reports maintenance needs to leadership.
- Participates in required meetings and training sessions.
- Delivers training services at designated locations in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: None required.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Personal Training certification from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA, or Cooper Institute) required.
AHA BLS-HCP certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and provide one-on-one training without direct supervision. Must demonstrate required competencies to the personal training supervisor prior to beginning work.

Compensation Range:$14.00 - $19.60
Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
