Salary Range: $20.75 To $22.50 Hourly

. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing claim details and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You’ll Do Things Like:

• Conduct investigations and assessments to determine claim compensability.
• Work closely with injured workers to guide them through the claims process.
• Collect, review, and maintain proper documentation and records.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
