Location: Cedar City, Utah
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $17/hour, increasing to $20/hour after 90 days

Gate One is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at our Cedar City location. This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, comfortable working with financial information, and proficient with Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
.

Gate One provides premium aviation and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for someone who brings those same qualities to the financial and administrative side of our operation.

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Enter and categorize transactions in Quick Books
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process and track invoices, payments, and expenses
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Microsoft Excel
• Maintain financial documentation and records
• Research and help resolve discrepancies
• Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed

• Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role
• Proficiency with Quick Books
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to responsibly handle confidential financial information

Previous aviation or FBO experience is welcome but is not required.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Starting pay is $17 per hour, increasing to $20 per hour after 90 days. Medical benefits are available.
