This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and secure distribution of student academic transcripts. This role ensures all transcript and replacement diploma request processes comply with federal law and institutional policies. Providing front‑line assistance via phone, email, or in‑person is also required.

• Transcript & diploma processing:
  Prepares, processes, and troubleshoots outgoing transcripts and replacement diplomas.
• Academic record maintenance:
  Record management in student information systems (SIS) and other formats as required.
• Front‑end support:
  Point of contact for students, faculty and alumni via phone, email or in‑person contact.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Associate’s degree.

This position is 28 hours a week for 12 months. Position is contingent on funding.
