Rite of Passage is hiring a Youth Mentor at Falcon Ridge Ranch in Virgin, Utah. As a Youth Mentor, you will provide safety and round-the-clock supervision for young women in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for monitoring their activities, documenting behaviors, and engaging in their educational and recreational programs.
Applicants must have a high school diploma and be 21 years or older. Competitive pay starts at $20.00 per hour, with additional bonuses and benefits after certain durations of employment.
