Becklar delivers a SMART Critical Event Protection Platform, combining advanced AI with skilled operators to monitor and respond to security, medical, and IoT alarms. We protect over 2.2 million subscribers daily and operate out of Ogden, Utah.

• Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally while managing stressful situations.
• Dispatch the proper authorities to subscriber locations in emergencies, verify help is en route, and notify responsible parties.
• Assist alarm company partners with system tests to ensure alarms are working properly.
• Accurately document all responses on the computer.
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be available to work day/early morning shifts.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Willingness to work weekends (at least one weekend day per week or every other weekend) and holidays.
• Commitment to a 6‑month period of employment.
• Must pass a two‑week fully paid training class.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.

Starting pay of $14.50 per hour, with potential to earn up to $18.00 per hour after 90 days. Part‑time positions available for 16‑29 hours per week.
