Customer Service Rep

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Perform orientation and training on the job.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Make correct monetary change and process payments.
• Use motor coordination to rapidly and accurately perform precise movements with speed.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Ability to operate equipment and use kitchen tools safely.

• Standing for the majority of the shift; walking on various floor surfaces.
• Walking short distances for short durations.
• Sitting required for paperwork at desk or table.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds (e.g., ingredient deliveries) and carrying items up to 30 pounds.
• Carrying, pushing, and pulling trays or dollies (up to 30 pounds).
• Occasional stairs/ladder navigation and stooping/bending at the pizza assembly station.
• Reaching above 72" occasionally and reaching below to perform tasks.
• Continuous use of hands, forearms, wrists; frequent pinching during box assembly.

• Exposure to varying/adverse weather when removing trash or performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperature ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, and hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Operation in cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Possible sharp edges and mechanical parts during operation.
