What You'll Do
- Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and communicate findings, escalating risks when appropriate
- Review loan documentation and disclosures, including TRID, to ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor and track flood insurance compliance requirements
- Assist in preparing compliance reports, audits, and regulatory exam materials
- Support the development and delivery of compliance training (TRID, Flood, and related regulations)
- Track and support Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) activities, including donations, investments, and service hours
- Review and validate loan data for CRA reporting (small business, small farm, and community development loans)
- Partner across departments to strengthen compliance processes and awareness
What You'll Bring
Required
- 1+ year of banking experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Ability to pass a credit and background check
Preferred
- Experience in a compliance-related role
- 2+ years in banking or financial services
- Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance standards
- ABA foundational compliance training
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's or Master's)
