Position SummaryFull‑time Program Coordinator for the Supported Living/Residential Apartment Program in Cedar City, UT. This role helps transition the program to a 12‑hour residential model that serves adults with a range of developmental disabilities. You will coordinate services for six residents, with possibilities for program growth.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee daily operations of the supported living program, ensuring quality of care for residents.
• Conduct staff meetings, provide coaching, and maintain staff readiness.
• Plan and execute activities that promote hygiene, behavioral, medical, and recreational needs.
• Coordinate transportation for residents and protect their physical and financial well‑being.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Handle on‑call duties, emergencies, and community engagement as needed.
Qualifications- 1+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience, including interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling staff.
- Ability to produce and review typed business letters, reports, and accurate numerical records.
- Personal reliable transportation and willingness to transport residents in personal vehicle.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
- Proficiency with computer and basic technology.
- Strong leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent time‑management, multitasking, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Calm under stressful situations and ability to mentor and motivate others.
Monday 10:00‑5:00;
Tuesday & Wednesday 10:00‑6:00;
Thursday 9:00‑5:00;
Friday 8:00‑5:00. Flexibility may be required for on‑call, overnight, weekend shifts, or event support.
Location:
84101. Salary: $49,068 per year with a $600 sign‑on bonus.
