Quality Enhancement Coordinator

Overview

The QE Coordinator will assist the other QE Coordinator with managing and assigning tasks to vendors and contractors, ensuring and inspecting the quality and compliance of all sites, and overseeing the QE assistance and various tasks within the homes.

• Communicate effectively with the Director, Associate Directors, Managers and outside parties.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Organize and submit all invoices in a timely manner.
• Manage time effectively and maintain strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency using computers and related software.
• Be on call for emergency repairs.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Provide a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
• Supervise staff according to the Supervision Guidelines.
• Follow Behavioral Plans.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks within established time frames.
• Complete all documentation required by Chrysalis and the State.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Meet Chrysalis Driving Policy Standards.

Physical demands:
The employee is required to walk, sit, talk and/or hear, use hands to feel and handle objects, reach with arms, bend over, and stoop. Occasionally the employee may restrain an individual and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work environment:
The employee may be exposed to various environments such as aggressive individuals and contact with blood and/or saliva, and other OPIM. Duties may vary for different houses.
