Corrugated Packaging Operator
The Corrugated Packaging Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining corrugated packaging machinery to produce high-quality corrugated boxes and packaging products. This role ensures production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate corrugated packaging equipment and gluing machines.
- Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Accurately record production data, downtime, waste, and quality checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and team members to resolve production issues.
- Assist with material handling, inventory management, and changeovers between production runs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or corrugated packaging experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret production orders, specifications, and basic technical documents.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as required.
