Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Line Operator for an onsite position in Enoch, Utah. The position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. The role supports preventive maintenance activities, automation systems, robotics operation, spare parts management, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment performance and production efficiency.
Important Training Requirement:
- Travel to Korea from October 2026 through January 2027 is required and non-negotiable
- Following the Korea training period, this position is onsite in Enoch, Utah
Position Overview:
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures and abnormal operating conditions
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and uptime
- Investigate equipment issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Maintain equipment maintenance records and documentation
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of maintenance materials
- Support equipment asset management activities
- Support automated production systems and Smart Factory initiatives
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic and automated equipment
- Participate in equipment modifications, upgrades, and overhaul projects
- Recommend and implement equipment and process improvements to increase productivity and quality
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
Compensation: $51,000-$65,000
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM MST. Onsite, 5 days per week. Enoch, Utah. Ability to work overtime or respond to equipment issues when necessary.
Role:
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and production issues
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required
- Follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement and 5S activities throughout the production area
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around manufacturing equipment for extended periods
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field required
- Technical Certification related to electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance required
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment required
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems required
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics required
- Ability to travel to Korea October 2026 through January 2027 required - non-negotiable
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, automation, or manufacturing operations

Experience with industrial robots and automated manufacturing equipment - Preferred: PLC troubleshooting experience
