Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Cedar City, UT

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health and hospice team in Cedar City.

• Comfortably work independently performing routine nursing assistant procedures
• Manage patient care within the home setting
• Document care in an electronic medical record (EMR) charting program
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license
• Active CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Part‑time – $17.00 per hour.
