Intermountain Health's iFlex RN program invites an OR Registered Nurse to join our internal travel team serving Cedar City Hospital and Intermountain facilities across the system. As an iFlex Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate perioperative care, float to support needs, and collaborate with surgical teams.
This full-time OR nursing role requires 2 years OR experience, active RN license in Utah, BLS, CNOR preferred, and willingness to travel.
