Overseeing all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring seamless processes, adherence to health and safety standards, and exceptional food and service quality.;

Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring team members embody core values.;
Guest Experience Ownership:
Championing an unwavering commitment to exceptional guest experiences, proactively addressing feedback, building relationships with patrons, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.;
Strategic Planning:
Contributing to the development and implementation of the restaurant's long-term business plan, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
