Assist the Department Manager in organizing work, staffing, training and scheduling associates;
Respond to customer or associate comments and questions with prompt, courteous service;
Use Computer Assisted Ordering to manage ordering and inventory in the Department Manager's absence;
Price and display merchandise and maintain signage, rotation, freshness and space allocation;
Support and implement company programs and promotions and ensure policies and procedures are followed
