We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Traveling Finisher for interior décor projects across the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced tradespeople and those with finish carpentry experience. Key Responsibilities- Install and finish a variety of interior décor elements with precision and quality
- Follow layout instructions, design plans, and job site specifications
- Collaborate with team members and site leads to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and coworkers
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times
- Participate in company‑provided training and apply new skills on‑site

- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Willingness to travel nationwide and stay on location for extended periods
- Comfortable with physical work, working from elevated platforms, (ladders, scissor lifts, scaffolding, etc.) including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Basic light/finish construction tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Previous experience in finish carpentry, décor installation, or related trades
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
