Traveling Installer​/Finisher

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Traveling Finisher for interior décor projects across the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced tradespeople and those with finish carpentry experience. • Install and finish a variety of interior décor elements with precision and quality
• Follow layout instructions, design plans, and job site specifications
• Collaborate with team members and site leads to ensure project success
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and coworkers
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times
• Participate in company‑provided training and apply new skills on‑site

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay on location for extended periods
• Comfortable with physical work, working from elevated platforms, (ladders, scissor lifts, scaffolding, etc.) including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Basic light/finish construction tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

• Previous experience in finish carpentry, décor installation, or related trades
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
