Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring day shift Group Supervisors at Falcon Ridge Ranch in Virgin, Utah.
Falcon Ridge Ranch is a residential treatment program that provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Falcon Ridge Ranch as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future.
Pay:
Salary - $48,500 per year.

Group Supervisors provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and create an atmosphere that supports the needs of the students. You’ll monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities, and work with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan. You will supervise a small team of Youth Mentors and be responsible for their training, mentorship, timesheet management, discipline and annual evaluations.

Be empathetic, patient, consistent, and compassionate, have an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect. Internal applicants must be a Coach Counselor or higher Direct Care Position with no less than standard performance and at least one year of experience at Rite of Passage. Staff in this position must have completed Operations and Treatment Essential Subjects prior to placement in this position.
Additionally, staff in this position must complete Human Resources Essential Subjects within six months of placement in the position. External candidates must have 1-year prior experience working with at-risk youth in a similar position as a Coach Counselor or higher Direct Care position. Supervisory experience preferred. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
7:00 am to 8:00 pm or 8:00 am to 9:00 pm with 1 hour break (12 hour Shift).
Long Week:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Short Week:
Wednesday, Thursday
