Job DescriptionUnder general supervision, reviews and processes a variety of financial transactions, including purchase order (PO) invoices, non‑purchase order invoices, non‑catalog requisitions, and procurement card reconciliations; examines supporting documentation to ensure compliance with university policies and applicable regulations; verifies account worktags for accuracy; performs calculations related to multi‑year transactions and obtains required approvals; provides customer support and problem resolution related to financial transactions;
assists in the preparation of financial reports for management, auditors, and other stakeholders; supports process improvement initiatives; participates in ongoing professional development to maintain current knowledge of university, state, and federal regulations; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Any combination of progressively responsible related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post‑high‑school clerical training that is equivalent to four years of full‑time employment.
