This is a full-time, on-site role for Volkswagen Technicians based in Cedar Falls, IA. As a Volkswagen Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical and electrical system issues, performing routine vehicle maintenance, conducting repairs and servicing, and ensuring compliance with Volkswagen standards. Technicians will work closely with the team to maintain high-quality service and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through attention to detail and efficiency in repairs.

• Proficiency in automotive maintenance, repair, and diagnostics
• Familiarity with Volkswagen vehicles and their systems is preferred
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and technical skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team
• ASE certification or equivalent experience in automotive repair is a plus
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods
