Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Cedar Falls, IA for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities through inside sales and lead generation initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, building relationships, conducting outreach, managing sales pipelines, and meeting business development goals. This role requires a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills to collaborate both with internal teams and potential clients.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Communication and relationship-building
- Proven track record in Sales and achieving business growth targets
- Understanding of Business Development principles and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
