Cedar Falls Construction Co., Inc. specializes in highway patching, bridge approach repair, small paving and widening projects, pavement saw cutting and pavement service repair by diamond grinding with grooving and profilometer also provided. Patching projects include both concrete and asphalt work consisting of full depth repair, partial depth repair, and longitudinal joint repair. The company has completed projects throughout Iowa, helping to repair the state’s highway and interstate system.

With three generations currently in management, Cedar Falls Construction is proud to be a family owned company. We work to build strong relationships with our employees. We are looking for a Superintendent with patching experience. Main responsibilities include scheduling/managing daily production, coordinating material with project suppliers and supervising a crew of 5-6 people. Must have experience with concrete and asphalt work. Must be willing to travel and work long hours during the week. Very good pay and benefits.
