Customer Service​/Collection Agent - HVC CF

Job Overview

As a Collection Associate, you will assist consumers to resolve their accounts in an ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent manner.

Responsible for collections activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and helping consumers resolve accounts.

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred)
• Computer and typing skills required
• Excellent attendance
• Self-starter with great attention to detail
• Customer service mindset
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong work ethic
• A competitive spirit, unrelenting drive to be the best
• Ability to learn new information and integrate processes
• Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations
• Meet productivity and call quality standards set by the company
• Problem solving skills & ability to recommend solutions

• Training: 3 weeks of paid training; no call center experience necessary.
• Compensation: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour plus commissions ranging $300 to $600 per month (based on goals).
• Location: Cedar Falls office.
